The four-roller bending machine is generally composed of an upper roller device, a lower roller device, a side roller device, a frame part, a tipping device, a balancing device, etc. The frame body part is the carrier of other parts, which is mainly composed of high and low frame and connecting frame on both sides. The frame body adopts Q235A steel plate welding structure, and the steel plate is subjected to shot peening pretreatment before welding, and annealing treatment after welding to eliminate internal stress, and the weld quality is strictly required.
