W43 series multi-roll leveling machine is a special equipment for leveling gold ring plates and strips. It is used for leveling uneven materials in cold state. It can be used as a part of various rolling mills, strip products uncoiling, leveling and shearing, and steel plate pretreatment production lines. It can be used in conjunction with other equipment in it, or it can be used in a single machine. The whole machine adopts a split frame structure. The lower working roller is fixed on the lower machine base, and the upper working roller is fixed on the movable beam. The movable beam can move up and down and tilt at a certain angle to adapt to the leveling of different thickness plates. In order to ensure the leveling accuracy, the upper and lower working roots are provided with supporting roots. The upper and lower two rows of working roots are active rolling, and the use of integrated planetary deceleration multi-drive form, compact structure.
